    • Drilling, Tapping, Etching, Notching
    • Blasting, Priming, Galvanising, Bending & Rolling
  • 2 x 18.5m bed x 3.5m wide with up to 37m of plasma processing capability.
  • 38m long x 3.5m wide bed laser processing capability.

• • To improve customer efficiency, components can come etched with fold lines, directional lines, component traceability using etching and laser/ink-jet marking onto plate, ready for on-site assembly.
  • Components can be barcode or QR code laser printed to assist with component traceability and quality assurance processes.

Dedicated project coordinators support the delivery of projects from start to finish:

• • Weekly discussions between our project coordinators and our customer’s project managers to ensure project timelines are captured and material supply is coordinated accordingly
  • Providing just-in-time material delivery per dynamic project management timelines
  • An agile approach to project management to help risk mitigate project cost escalation
  • Coordinate material supply, material processing, blast & prime and other material processing required to deliver ready to assemble finished components on site and to specification
  • In house quality assurance processes to ensure products dispatched meet project specification requirements

Programming and design
Our experienced in-house programming team works closely with customers and our machine operators to ensure processing deliverables are to specification. Utilising world class programming software capability to program some of the most challenging cutting requirements.

Pre-heat technology

The National Product, Processing and Solutions Hub offers plate pre-heating capabilities designed to support high-performance applications in industries such as Defence, Mining, and other sectors where maintaining the integrity and strength of steel is critical.

This technology is essential for wear plate applications where pre-heating is necessary to prevent material stress and ensure long-term durability.

Parts cleaning capability
The National Product, Processing and Solution Hub is proud to introduce our new parts cleaning machine, which enables us to provide clean, dross-free components.
This new capability includes dross free deburring, edge rounding, and linishing. While these services have always been available through the National Product, Processing and Solutions Hub, we have now made an additional investment in a parts cleaning machine to further enhance the quality of component cleaning. This allows us to deliver components to our customers, ready to fabricate.
