It is simple! Design the project as RHS or SHS Grade C450L0 to gain the benefits of higher strength. In many situations the additional strength of RHS or SHS Grade C450L0 will allow a thinner wall thickness to be used, reducing weight in fabrication, transportation and on-site handling.
